Everything is made in batches against orders, not held in stock. Diwali compresses a month of demand into about ten days, and the last week before the festival is when slots close.

For a few boxes, a week’s notice is comfortable. For corporate volume, three to four weeks is realistic — earlier if you want branded packing, because that has its own lead time. Booking in September or early October costs you nothing and guarantees the slot.
